    I don't see where that has anything to do with deleting user accounts.

    Change Computer name

    Change user name
    See: Cleaning unwanted names in Computer-name and username.
    Select change name instead of delete.

    Or you could delete the crazy named accounts and create real named accounts if you need additional accounts.
