Text looks funny

I just upgraded from WinXP to Win7 64 bit and for some reason text in programs look blurry. I checked ClearType and did the wizard a few times. Also I reinstalled my video card drivers and updated tot he newest. What else can I do to fix the text issue?

One other thing you could try ... press the Ctrl button and use the middle (scroll wheel) button on the mouse to either enlarge the text or make it smaller.

Segoe is even worse with cleartype off, would suggest you change to a more readable font, Tahoma/Verdana for e.g in Window Color and Appearance, and then blanking out Segoe lines in the FontSubsitutes area of the Registry, be sure to export that folder in the registry first before making changes incase you make a mistake.
