    Windows 7 restarted to boot manager and now won't turn on


    I started up my laptop after not using it for about two weeks, and it was acting a little glitchy (not letting me click on desktop icons, minimize windows, and the keyboard was lagging) so I restarted it using the options in the start menu and it turned turned and immediately restarted into Windows Boot Manager. However, none of the keyboard options were working and it wouldn't let me select any way to get past the screen, so I tried to force a restart by holding down the power button because I know nothing about computers and now it won't turn back on again. I don't have a reboot disc or an install disc so what are my options for getting my computer started again?
