Windows 7 will not start up

    Windows 7 will not start up


    I tried to reboot my Dell this morning. I received the message that Windows could not start and was given the choice to start the repair process. I chose this and after about 30 seconds, I get a black windows screen with my cursor in the middle and nothing else. What can I do to fix this?

    Please read this tutorial fully, and follow all steps.

    99% of the time all issues can be resolved with problems starting windows with this tutorial.
