I mean it could even be down to something silly like a slow internet connection.

    wow.

Okay have you installed the latest codex, tried a different browser.

I cant think of anything else other then that.
Yeah, though it occurs outside of the browser such as in games. I may try and play a game from Steam and see if I get an issue. Perhaps it's my wireless card causing the issue. I do seem to lose internet connection briefly upon this happening and I had to switch from wired Ethernet to Wireless since I moved my computer when I re installed my OS. I'll disable my wireless card and try a wired connection and see if that doesnt work.

    Thanks, will continue to update.
EDIT: I noticed that the Wifi card driver was way out of date and so I went ahead and updated that anyways.

Update: I've been active on the comp for 7 hours and havn't encountered any freezing/stuttering so i'm feeling pretty confident that it's fixed. I'll post tomorrow if I encounter anymore issues.

What seemed to fix the issue: Most likely just GPU driver issue. Uninstalling current drivers and installing the latest drivers are probably what solved the problem. Also worth noting is that I switched back to a wired internet connection instead of wireless but I did update my wireless card drivers (but havn't re enabled them since). I'll re enable my Wifi card tomorrow and make sure that the computer is running smoothly via wifi just to rule that one out.

Thanks again for your help, HLP, you are the man.
