user profile cannot be loaded

    user profile cannot be loaded


    I am trying to resolve an elderly neighbours computer problem. When you turn his computer on it invites you to put a password in to open to make further progress. When you insert his password it say's 'the user profile service failed the log on. User profile cannot be loaded. How can this be resolved to enable him to use his computer. Many thanks in anticipation.
