You need to bring a lot more information to the forum in order for us to help you.

Please read this article to understand how to ask for technical help:

If you do not understand, ask. Please refrain from using 1 word/sentence responses, and avoid text stating things like "I am not good with computers".

    What is melware?

    Malwarebytes?

Just because your right click does not work does not mean you need to scan for malware.

It is most likely you hit the key to disable the mouse buttons.

Check control panel-mouse. Look in there for an option to enable the trackpad and/or buttons.

What do you mean you tried to reinstall? Reinstall what?

And I tried to reinstall the driver using the device manager but It didn't work :O

If it works sometimes and not others, it is most likely a hardware issue. Try pushing really hard on the button or using compressed air in it. Maybe some dirt or something caked it up and that is why it is not working
