Screen won't show when resizing application

    Screen won't show when resizing application


    When ever I try to resize any screen either horizontally or vertically all I get is the outer layer of the resized element. It won't show me the screen resizing simultaneously as I'm resizing it. Does anyone have a solution for this occurrence.
