    Infinite help windows after sleep

If I let my computer sleep or "time-out" (not sure what to call it - let the monitor go black), an infinite amount of recurring help windows pop up that prevent me from doing anything. If I'm on my desktop, a help window will pop up every time I close the previous one, and I can't click on anything else without being brought back to the help window. I also use Chrome, and if I'm in a Chrome window, a new help tab will pop up every second or so. They keep popping up even if I don't close them and, again, I can't do anything. I can upload video or screenshots if I'm not being specific enough. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating and I'd like some help.

Sounds like a infection to me.
    1. What does the Help popup say?
    2. Name the security programs you have active.
    3. Do you have the same problem if you shut down the computer and when needed just start the computer?
Have you ever used Advanced System Care by IObits?

As for it being an infection, it has been happening since I first got the computer, and it happens when press a macro key on my gaming keyboard, (I haven't programmed them) if either of those things help.

    1. It looks exactly like I've opened up "Windows Help and Support" and it either says "Find an answer quickly" (the default), or it shows like I've searched for sticky notes (with nothing in the search bar). I can do some troubleshooting to find out what causes them both.

    2. I use the free version of Avira.

    3. I have never had the problem when starting or restarting the computer, only when I leave the computer sitting on.

    Thank you for your help.

If you don't use the macro key on your keyboard does it still happen?

When I let my computer sleep, yes. But no other time while I'm using it.
