How to use an HTML page as the desktop wallpaper?

You could definitely do it in Vista. However, in windows 7 it no longer gives me the option to select anything other than a picture file? How would I use a customised html page as my desktop wallpaper?

    Thanks

Sorry - was it? I can't remember, I just presumed it was. Is there something I could possibly download, or a setting I could tweak so I could use an html page as the wallpaper?

You are referring to "Active Desktop" that was in Windows XP right? Was ripped out of Windows Vista. Active Desktop - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
