    Three questions.

How long has Ultimate been installed?
What operating system did the computer come with originally?
Do you have a password to enter the computer and does the computer except the password?

Did you install Windows 7 yourself? If so, install it again following these directions:

    Clean Install Windows 7

    or

Clean Install with a Upgrade Windows 7 Version

You didn't answer my question. Did you install Windows 7 yourself or was it already on the computer when you got it?

A Clean Install is not a restore. Nothing will be left from your original install so you need to backup any data you don't want to lose.

You will have to install SP1 then all updates then install anti-virus and all the programs you want to use. (The iso includes SP1, I forgot that)

If the problem is just that you lost the password, see here:
If you need to use the hidden Administrator account in Vista or Windows 7 but have not enabled it and you don't have a working Administrator level account available, see below.

See this Tutorial by Dinesh: User Account Password - Change from WinRE System Repair Disc.

Ztruker looking at these specs the machine looks to have come with Vista at least possibly XP and VERY little RAM (DDR2) with a max of 4GB in any case, and ??SATA 1a drives HP Compaq 6910p Notebook PC (QuickSpecs/c04142126.pdf)
It seems like it will support 32bit and 64bit systems but the rest of the specs are rather getting on in years.

So I am guessing the OP has installed an OEM??
