If you'd like for me to connect to look at your Services and re-enable those I mentioned, I might be able to spot them faster and can also optimize your System according to what's worked best in cases I've helped with here and in my tutorials.

Install TeamViewer Download at all defaults and then Private Message back to me My ID and password, leave TV open on desktop.
Idk how to PM, I don't see an option for it yet. I'm not sure what instillation option I should choose for the teamviewer.

After connecting for two days to help Buck resolve his problem, here is what worked:

Vaio was still infected with Condit and a search sneak which were cleaned up.

Even after reinstalling the four Vaio utilities given earlier which are required to make function buttons work correctly after a reinstall, the display brightness would not change even though it showed on-screen as being changed. Buck uninstalled all of the Vaio to try to get rid of the bloatware and any conflicts, but reinstalling the four still didn't help.

This was resolved after much trial and error by updating the Display driver, which when tried from Device Manager strangely "updated" from a 2013 to 2009 driver shipped with this GPU. Rarely do we see Updates go backward unless problems are reported with newer drivers and Win7. Sure enough, neither of the two more recent 2013 drivers on Vaio webpage worked correctly, only the 2009 one which WUD delivers.
