Where is all my SSD space going? Missing pieces in hidden files

I have a 128gb Intel SSD. I don't have much installed, the three biggest folders are for Battlefield 4 (45gb), My Documents (23gb) and Windows (25gb) I think.

The My Docs folder is way too big....I looked into it and could not find anything. Hilighting all of the files shows about 12gb of files and pictures.

There is a folder in the hidden files that is 9gb . Appdata>Local>Microsoft

What is this file? Even when I go into it and highlight files, there is nothing that comes out to that amount of space....is it just an allocated amount for temp files or something?

Is this where the page file is allocated? I have the page file set to 12gb, do I need this much with 12gb of RAM?

Those numbers are adding up pretty quick for a 128 gb ssd.
Please complete this tutorial by Brink so we can see what you got.

Since C:\ SSD space seemed to be running out, I just install stuff onto the other drives. I moved a bunch of pictures from my documents onto one of the other drives.

It still doesn't answer why there is a 9gb piece of space with not files visible in appdata>local>Microsoft>windows

properties on this file says there are like 55,000 files in it, but not when I open it up and I do have hidden files viewable.

The first problem you have at this time is your ssd in 94% full.
Windows 7 works poorly unless it has 10 to 15% free space.

I'm really not understand this part of your post.

The best I can think of is you have those files and no place to put them on the C partition on the ssd.

Take care of problem A before we start working on problems b-c-d ect.

With 12 GBs of memory, I`d turn off the page file.

The hyber file takes up space.

    System Restore takes up space.

I'm no gamer but I don't believe you need 45gb of game installed on the ssd.
I believe gamers install the game on a extra internal hard drive.

Thank you AddRAM for dropping by.
    Good information.

Basically I am checking a folders properties to view the size and it is telling me that the folder contents is 55,000+ files and 9gb....When I browse that folder, I only see a handful of files. Furthermore, when I highlight all of the contents inside the folder and view properties to see the size, it says just a few megabytes.

I will move the page to a mechanical.
