Run the Windows System File Checker "sfc /scannow" without the quotes and it should restore any Windows system files such as qtintf.dll,

    1.Click the Start button.
2.Type "command" in the search box... DO NOT hit ENTER yet!
3.While holding CTRL-Shift on your keyboard, hit ENTER.
4.You will be prompted with a permission dialog box.
    5.Click Yes.
6.A black box will open with a blinking cursor.
7.Type "sfc /scannow" and hit ENTER.
8.System File Checker will begin scanning for qtintf.dll and other system file problems (be patient - the system scan may take a while).
    9.Follow the on-screen commands.

    Thanks for the reply.
    Two questions:
1- Is that a Windows .dll file not a .dll file of that specific program?
2- If we have a .dll which is not of windows, that time, how to install/put/register it so?

    Hello Kurdman,

    1. Click the Start Menu and type Cmd.
    2. However your mouse over cmd,exe and right-click it.
    3. Select run as administrator
    4. Type in regsvr32 /u qtintf.dll and press enter.
    5. Type in regsvr32 /i qtintf.dll and press enter.
    6. Restart your computer.

    Run a scan with Malwarebytes - https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Malwarebytes will product a log, please can you upload it to here? Navigate to: C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware\Logs and upload the logs to here.

Thank you all very much. But for you questions:
    - I found that my system missed that file because when installing an app (accounting app) I got a message which would say that file is missing. Thank you "VinnyBuxton" for your comprehensive help.:)
And also thanks to you "Tpau" very much.:)

If you guys are interested in knowing how I could get rid of that issue, I worked much with that app and reinstalled it few times and finnally solved.:)

May I ask one more question about .dll files? If yes:), OK:
Are all the .dll files of Windows only? Or can we say that every .dll files exists in Windows or any app can have its own .dll file(s)?

    Thanks.
