How do I get rid of the stuff underneath the Libraries Pane?

Hi! I just got a new computer with Windows 7 and there's this blue stuff underneath the Libraries Pane. I want to get rid of it because I don't like the way it looks and it makes my Windows 7 experience uncomfortable. I have a picture attached with what I want removed circled. Please tell me how to get rid of it. Thanks!

    Documents Library

In the left pane right click Documents underneath Libraries then Properties.

Then exclude additional folders and public documents.

Hello Vic, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You can click on View (menu bar), and click on Group by -> (None) to not group by the folder path anymore. :)
