no it's not DHCP, i run that disabled plenty other places with no problems.
my problem was it killed the network adapter entirely, like it wasn't even installed like windows did not have the network driver for the hardware... nothing was there.
Is there any reason why you decided to disable so many services. Generally disabling services randomly can cause a lot of problems as you have experienced.
Try re enabling all the ones you have disabled & then just leave it alone.
Sometimes one can mess about unneeded and mess a good thing up.. As Ranger suggested.. enable the services , and as I suggested , if you want to tweak services , use the free site of BlackViper..
I would suggest not using 3rd party anything to fool with Windows Services.
Here is a tutorial by Brink giving the default services settings. I would suggest setting things back like Windows 7 wants them and leave them alone.
