Running Windows7 on Bootcamp-- having windows errors

I am having issues on my windows side--
It started with my control panel window icon's disappearing
The I can not name new folders without a error message, if I try again then it works.

My computer auto-reboot in the middle of an action (Autocad typically, but nothing heavy in cad)...
My computer has gone to the black screen , with the blue screen insert, explaining a fatal error has occurred...
And this AM I got this message (see attached)
I am considering wiping my windows side out-- but am concerned it is a greater issue...

The OSX side is fine but I need to run Autocad and the OSX Autocad stinks....

I only ask because no one else has responded: Have you tried Googling the exact error message? Some of those results look promising.

In general my first step is to Google the exact text of error messages, so have you tried that with the other ones you get?

If you've already tried all that, can you give some more technical details about your problem?
