Check Control Panel mouse properties. See if the hide pointer while typing option is set

If it is, untick the checkbox apply the change. Then OK out of the mouse properties

Please elaborate on what you have tried so we do not offer repeated suggestions.

Sounds like a program is constantly grabbing focus. What programs are set to startup with your pc?

Are you always running another program when this happens?

thank you all sooo much for your replies.....I kept googling the problem and everyone keeps saying basically the same thing...(check your tp link)...i didn't know what that meant however I fiddled with a few stuff on my pc and voila..problem solved.
I am using a Nexxt Lynx 150 adapter to be able to receive wifi signals on my desktop pc that also came with a software cd to install on the pc. As andrew129260 have also said "something keeps grabbing focus" and the software for the adapter was the culprit. Apparently everytime I start-up the pc the software launched. I removed all startup programs by clicking the start button, typing Startup, and then right-clicking and deleting all the shortcuts to the programs that launches on startup.

Thank you to Slartybart for his input. I did as he suggested, the box was indeed ticked. I deselected it and all is well. Thank you so much.
