Please attach the pictures directly using paper clip icon in reply box, not some other program.

Everything that can be done to start Win7 is here in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
including the disk which is best to use for repairs and if needed to reinstall. It also shows how to rescue your files as soon as you want.

Start at the top because if the PC is infected it may not repair without disinfection. So you need at least two bootable AV scans if you can't get Malwarebytes to scan in Safe Mode with Networking. Once clean, run the repairs in order given.

Then you need to use boot disks provided in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
including the Win7 disk if you don't have one or a System Repair CD.

Download the ISO files and rightclick to burn to CD with Windows Image Burner. For the WIn7 disk use the burning tool provided.

Keep asking back questions until you have a full understanding of what to do and some results to report.

Use the CD for Defender and burn your licensed version of Win7 to the DVD. Remember you need to use the Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool to burn the Win7 disk.
