HELP - Folder issue

    HELP - Folder issue


    Hi.I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit .I have ticked in Folder Options to open windows in same window but it won't work,the windows are opening in new window! Please help! I am searchin for the solution all day and can't find anything working for me! Please!

    Hmm,try putting it on the other setting.
    Run sfc /scannow in command promt to find corrupted files,if it fails


    run start up repair off your installation disk to see if it finds corrupted files.

    Ok i runed sfc /scannow in command promt it says that founded and corrected errors,but windows are still opening in new window

    I runed startup repair and it says that no problems was find

    Try running this in command promt


    regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
      My Computer

    If that doesnt work,can you open your task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and find explorer.exe on the process>End process (bottom right of window)
    You will lose all desktop icons etc for a moment

    Then click File>New Task/Run>explorer.exe

    Icons should come back,problem still there?
