Creating a Group Policy to schedule a task to run an EXE

    Good Evening,
Using Group Policy, we create a scheduled task on user computers that launches an exe to pull uptime. The first issue is that the schedule task only gets created on the Domain Admin PCs but not on regular users PCs. The second issue is that I am unable to get the scheduled task to run the exe for both user and domain admin. Attached you will find the screens shoots associated with this inquiry.

Are there any suggestions on how to approach this?
