Yes, I see that you can do that. Actually I can too, as long as I don't provide any arguments to the command prompt. I think anyway, let me see... ya, nio arguments and you can have two.
Now try adding something like cmd /v:ON [see pic - if I manage to upload it!]
In the above image, each instance of cmd.exe is running from a copy of cmd.exe in a different location. Each copy is differently named. after which I created the shortcuts. The shortcuts are on the QL bar (to the left next to the start button). The top two windows are admin, the bottom tow are not.
I have two there, just like you have. One of them has arguments the other doesn't (the 2nd one I added). The 3rd one I added a switch to cmd namely /v:ON
I haven't tried any arguments in the shortcut properties and don't really have need to at the present. I have maybe 10 mins before I have to run out, but if you give me a simple switch, I'll give it a shot.
Also, that orange one up top there? (my screenshot) also does not offer pin to taskbar. But it isn't pinned there if it has that funny icon right? The red marks in the taskbar are the command icons. Note the different titles in the title windows and icons that match the shortcut icons in the taskbar. Also note that each window is displaying a dir list.
