Receiving an error message during shut down.

Lately when I shut down my Toshiba Satellite laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium (x64) I am receiving the following error message. Does anyone have an idea what this means and how to fix it?

Open it>Smart Scan>Scan, and then wait for a moment.
Save Reports and send it as an attachment.

STEP3_then delete Setpoint.exe
