My PC keeps shutting off and tripping the PSU while/after gaming.
Hello,
A few months back, my Acer Predator G5910 Gaming PC started freezing during a gaming session. The first few times, the whole computer froze and there was a repeated beeping noise. The only thing I could do, was to switch the computer off by the switch at the back. I also started getting the blue screen of death, as it is known, but cannot remember the error code. A few days after it started tripping the PSU for safety reasons because there was something wrong with it. I cleaned all the dust off the fans but that only postponed the problem for about a day. It came to a stage where, every time I tried switching it on, it would simply trip the power. I then changed the power cable which seemed to work for a few months, up until recently. It shuts off silently, sometimes tripping the power supply, sometimes not. It's only happened either while I'm playing a game (most of the time), or shortly after. I think it is an Internal problem and possibly heat related.
