    Program Stopped Working Messages

For the last few weeks I have been getting these messages several times during the day. I tried removing Skype from the start add-on but it did not help. I checked the event log and many of them show

EVENT ID 1006 Source Distribution COM
    Kernel ....

I am hoping to find a way to make sure that the computer does not creash eventually. If anyone can help me it will be appreciated. Please note that I have limited technical knowledge of computers when proving instructions.

I have Norton 360 and use its Firewall....

    Thank you for any assistance

    Additional Information

I was looking at the previous error messages and I failed to mention a substantial number of errors that show as Source:

SCHANNEL and read: SSL remote connection request Errors 36888, 36874.

I mention this because I have been getting constant
phone calls from India apparently (accent) telling me that Windows want to fix my computer due to the constant errors, etc. and I just hang up. Could this be related?

I also have quite a fews showing Error 315 Sharing a printer.

These are most of the errors that I have been getting in the last few months.

    Thank you,

    Ana

Anag as soon as you can I would run these after you do a full scan with your own AV - DO NOT go near those Indian call centres with that crap.
