    Time Zone Problem

"Your current time zone is not recognized. Please select a valid time zone. "Press the "Change time zone button" and nothing happens. Also change the date or the time in the Date and time properties will not work. Grandson has no idea how long the date and time have been wrong. New battery did not fix the problems. Did manage to get the date and time changed by changing the internet time settings to use time.nist.gov instead of time.windows.com. Did not help with the time/date/time zone change ability in windows 7.
