A good website for windows upgrades

Upgrade windows 7 to 8: This is what is on the Microsoft website

Windows 8 Pro Upgrade - Student Offer Student price £49.99 incl. VAT
Windows 8 Pro N Upgrade - Student Offer Student price £49.99 incl. VAT
This has the letter N which must stand for something but the description is the same so is the price

Windows 8 Pro £189.99 incl. VAT
There is no upgrade price for this from Windows 7. Also some products say upgrade from XP or Vista. Seems Windows 7 is not upgradable.

The website is rubbish for product selling and there is no information about lists of shops on the hi street in the UK to buy from but I have heard that PC world is one. Who are the others.

good and trustworty website to download drivers
Does anybody know a good and trustworthy website to download the latest drivers of a device (other than the manufacturer's website). The driver of the device i'm looking for isn't on the manufacturer's website and Windows Update sometimes doesn't update all the hardware to the latest.

No upgrades from XP to Windows 7?
You won't be able to upgrade from XP to Windows 7 "A lot of people who are skipping Vista but considering Windows 7, on the theory that it will be a greatly improved product, sort of a Vista R2. If thatís your strategy, you probably need to be aware that, at least in the current not-a-beta...
