Confused with BIOS Settings in Acer Aspire M3450

Last evening I changed the BIOS settings in my desktop which is Acer Aspire M3450. I want to change the order for SSD drive which I installed them. It was working last evening but this morning I can't get into Windows login and all I see is the black screen with one dash on the top left is flashing. So I turned it off manually and start the desktop and at the same time hit the " Del " key into BIOS Settings. Also forgot to mention that I disconnect the cables for the hard drive. Now when I am in the BIOS Settings and see that CD/DVD ROM is second top on the list and the first one is UEFI and the third one is removable devices that would be SSD?? Am I correct with this. Now how do I change in order with CD/DVD ROM and Removable devices? I tried all afternoon and gave up. Now my question is that do we have to leave UEFI as top order with number 1? then second and third with removable devices and CD/DVD ROM. Someone told me that I have to put a CD inside the CD drive that will be able to change in BIOS? Is that correct or not? Look forward to hear about my help with BIOS Settings on my Acer Desktiop.

Thank you,

Has anyone flashed a BIOS on an Acer Aspire Laptop?
