Yes, it works, i made it with windows 7 dvd/usb tool.
The Windows USB Tool will not make a UEFI bootable USB drive.

Using a USB Pendrive on a PC with a uEFI BIOS.
USB Pendrive need to be formated to FAT32 as in
UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows
Take note of Step 11 for Windows 7.
Also you will need to use a USB 2.0 port, as there are no USB 3.0 drivers in Windows 7.
I came back to the thread to mention that, after some research... You beat me to it!

okay try to disable the UEFI mode as you suggested install windows then enable it again.
    This trick doesnt work.

And that step 11 is to create uefi bootable device manually, i assume, that tool rufus works good too ?

I would follow step 11, and do it manually.

Use Rufus from Option One of UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows which automates the file edit and always works.

Then report back the BIOS settings choices for UEFI, CSM, Legacy BIOS, Secure Boot and BIOS Boot Priority choices.

You may also need to reset the BIOS to defaults before doing this. Is there more than one reset choice?

The difference is that the Rufus tool works best for UEFI since it automates a file edit that is easily messed up when done manually.

For Legacy BIOS one can use the MS tool.

    Hi.
I have an Acer ZS600 All-in-One touch screen, Changed HDD to 2tb. Windows 7 setup by Rufus on USB flash.
Issue is No keyboard input from USB so can’t press F12 so need drivers and where to put them when I can’t boot from USB.
Can you direct me to the proper post?

You could use this. You don't need to download simplix.

Just run it without simplix pack and it will integrate usb3 and nvme drivers.

Update your Win 7 installation media
