programs missing from programs and features, recovery failed 0xc000002

I recently opened up my uninstall list and a lot of my programs are missing i tried restoring my computer to before i downloaded quick time (which i think is what the issue was) but the restore came up with an error 0xc0000022 saying it failed to restore, i tried an sfc scan and it came up with something being corrupt that would be fixed on restart, i restarted and tried to restore again but it still did not work.

I have uninstalled quick-time already but the problem is still there, also my antivirus picked up root-kit in hamachi so i uninstalled that and did a full system scan from boot with avast, i haven't tried restoring again in case i lose any progress or the virus is restored.

So basically i have two problems: Programs missing from my programs and features list, and System restore not working 0xc0000022

I know i should do something with the CBS log to check but ill leave that for you guys to decide, thanks for the help.

Download and run Revo Uninstaller for the missing programs.

As far as your rootkit, simply removing the program doesn't remove the malware. Run a scan with Malwarebytes anti-Rootkit, then run Malwarebytes standard and then run Eusing to clean up the entry points of your virus.

Also, go into your AppData directory and clean out all the Temp files in there. Delete them for all user accounts on the machine:

    C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Local\Temp for example.

I already have downloaded Revo uninstaller and they don't show up there either, rootkit is gone i scanned with malwarebytes and anti rootkit and nothing came up, avast detected them and removed them which is why i performed the full system scan from boot, what can i do about the missing programs?

Just a small point... Revo Uninstaller (free version) will not list any x64 bit programs that are installed on your computer. (Any 64-bit programs will not be on the list Revo Uninstaller shows). So if your missing programs are 64 bit, Revo is not going to show them. Another good uninstaller program that is free, and shows both 32 bit & 64 bit programs is Geek Uninstaller. I don't know if this will help you "find" your missing programs or not.
