Renaming File or Folder in a Multi session Disc?

I just burned a multi-session disc using gburner(just downloaded). It is unfinalised. CD-R.
I forgot to rename the folder and a file in it.
Since it is unfinalised, can I rename it?

It's my understanding that only CD-RW or CD+RW can be rewritten. I've never had good luck with multisession anything. I think it's better to generate an iso file from a folder and burn it in one shot. If you have access to cheap online bulk discs then it's not so bad to use another disc when you change your data.

You may save a few bucks with multisession but you could also find they are unreadable when you stick them into a different PC. Depends how important the data is.

After a lot of searching, got the renaming job done with Nero 9 Free. Nero 9 Free Free Download
    Thank you.

Just don't count on it for anything you must have. That type of backup is for throw away data only. It seems to work perfectly.. until it doesn't anymore. I made the mistake of backing up source code to CDRW using Nero InCD. When I changed desktop machines the data could not be read. Every burner has its own quirks.

It may work for years, on that machine. I hope so. :)
