Computer wont go to sleep, Dual display

Today I got a second display for my computer, all is working well. But the problem is, when I try to put the computer to sleep, it wont go to sleep. All it will do is lock the computer making me enter my password like it was asleep.

I am not sure what to do in this situation. When I had one monitor, I could go to start>sleep or hit the sleep button on my keyboard, and it would go to sleep without a problem. But now with the second display, no chance. I hope that someone is able to help me with this.

    Thank you.

    Start here Lastwake Command

Also open Device Manager and go to Monitors and expand it. Right click your new monitor and select Properties. In the Power Management tab, if checked then uncheck Allow this device to wake my computer.

There was no "power management" option, but I did figure it out, if I turn the monitors off before I put the computer to sleep, it will go to sleep. Thank you.
