Win 7 Freezing when right clicking .MP4, also freeze complete aftermin
Hello guys, first time on this forum, but I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out what the issue is.
I don't know what you guys will need for this, but will give all the information needed to (hopefully) fix this problem.
So this problem started about 2 weeks ago, out of the blue. The only new drivers/software I have installed since then (as far as I remember) was PortForward Config for Ejamming (Musician online jamming software) and a M-Audio driver for my fast track pro interface.
I have gone through and removed a few programs.
Currently running AdAware antivirus (It used to just be Ad-Aware), and when I ran that and MalwareBytes it didn't pick anything up. I just removed Daemon Tools thinking maybe it's been a driver issue.
THe freezing starts whenever I right click a .mp4 or .mpg file in a folder. BUT the computer slowly seizes up (Takes forever to load anything) forcing me to button shutoff.. If I'm watching a movie from the computer it eventually will start glitching out.
I have gotten the PFN_List_Corrupt BSOD in the past, but havent had a BSOD in a couple of weeks. I've updated windows as Far as it will update, I've updated my graphic card drivers, I've cleaned both my Processor heat sink and placed more thermobond on the heatsink, and also cleaned my graphics card. So any help towards fixing this would be greatly appreciated. Looking for that software right now used in other forums to post my computer's information and will be back with that shortly.
EDIT: Adding also that the Windows Explorer sometimes crashes when I right click from a folder
EDIT: Looking through the Windows Event Viewer, Under administrative I see a LOT of The device, "\Device\Harddisk0\DR0, has a bad block." It's happeneing ever 1-3 seconds. And I see some warnings: "Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application. The system administrator should review the list of libraries to ensure they are related to trusted applications."
EDIT: Under the Windows Logs > Applications tab I see: Information: Fault bucket 1907443475, type 5
Event Name: AppHangB1
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0
and also I see some errors popping up : The program explorer.exe version 6.1.7601.17567 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
