Windows Search brings 0 bytes "not" empty files

I have big collection of pictures over 100000. Recently when i search for a jpg in windows search the file will show up with .jpg (extension at the end) won't open at all and in properties says the size is 0 bytes. But when clicked on that file and choose "Open file location" it redirects me to proper file and then I can open it no problem.
All "good files" will show up without .jpg extension in search window that will open perfect.

It happened maybe with 50 pictures already.
Windows is up to date and Index data was rebuild with same effect.
Could be something screwup in the registry?

    Welcome to the Forums.

I have a feeling the "over 100,000" may have something to do with it.
For NTFS partitions Everything Search is free and lightning fast. It uses the MFT info to speed thngs up(which is why it only works on NTFS.)
