Win 7 won't restart

    Win 7 won't restart


    On PC2 my wife uninstalled AVG. Now it won't restart.

    It offers

    • Start normally results in endless restart cycle.
    • Startup repair - cannot fix problem
    • Safemode not offered


    When I insert my Win7 disc to opt for repair it says its not compatible (???)
    No image backup etc

    Suggestions?
