I want my computer to automatically run a program (bat file) at startup only after my Internet connection is completely connected.
How do I do it?

I haven't tried it myself but there's an example here: windows - How to launch a command on network connection/disconnection? - Super User

I've tried that, but that doesn't work for me.
It automatically runs the program when there is presence of network connection, not when it's completed connected. :)

Here, I can't set the delayed start time because I cannot predict the time when network connection becomes active, my broadband connection doesn't cope up with proper timings. :)
