use the properties > security tab of a folder or drive to give yourself permissions.

    Hello spinmaster,

    Welcome to Seven Forums.

Is this a dual boot or the 32 bit is on another computer? You could try this on the D: partition or on the folder your trying to save to. Take Ownership Shortcut

    Hope this helps.

How did you first set up the partition? Via disk management? Can you delete it and extend 7 back?

What ever program created the D: partition set the ownership and permissions. That is why you must change them now to have access with a different program.
