    Extra, unneeded file path

When I'm editing a photo in Photoshop CS5, running on Win 7 Pro 64bit and hover in the top left of the workspace to close the image an extra and large name and file path pops up in my way and I have to sit and wait for it to go away. This thing is worse than useless─it's also infuriating and after searching all of Photoshop's settings and searching the Photoshop registry files I can't find any way to turn off that behavior. Now I'm wondering if Windows is the one causing it. If anyone knows how to permanently get rid of it, please tell me before I go nuts and take a big hammer to my computer.

I wanted to post a screenshot of what I'm talking about, but it seems I have to post it on a sharing site, then post the URL. Too much trouble.
Here is an URL for the screenshot on Photobucket. Don't know if it will work. I've never done this before. http://s1377.photobucket.com/upload/

It's not that bad, press the PrintScrn key, open Paint, Paste and Save as a .jpg. If too much other stuff on it you can Crop just what you need. Then when posting click the Go Advanced and use the Manage Attachments section.
