My laptop needs to turn on/off many times before it actually turns on.

When I open it for the first time the lights are on, the fan is running but nothing happens o the screen (just black screen, no backlight, no bios). So I have to turn on and off my laptop like 6 to 10 times before it actually log in to windows. I am worried it might get worse in the future. It started when I bought a new ac adapter. Its not original actually. It is my third time to buy adapter, they doesn't last for a year.
Please let me know if you know any solution. Thanks! :)

Is your laptop still under warranty? If so call support.

Your bios seems to be found here (guide):

How To Use The Notebook?s BIOS Setup Utility : Notebooks | Samsung

It appears if you access your bios then hit f9 that will reset it to factory default settings. Try that first.

Then I suggest going to samsungs site and searching for a update to your bios if that does not resolve the issue.

Remove the battery, unplug everything. Then try to access bios again.

If all else fails, Call samsung.
