    Do you run an AV program? I would suggest checking for a virus/infection.

    you can disable the related startup/service, this should stop the pop-up error message on boot.
    However you need to delete 'rocket tab', i guess you might have unwanted applications and unwanted addons.
    remove any unwanted application, run malwarebytes

    See the following link and read through the posts;

    What is taskeng.exe? - Microsoft Community

    Try MBAM (MalwareBytesAntiMalware) to resolve the problem.

    I tried the malwarebytes program, superantispyware, and my Avast virus scan but, so far no luck I'll, try some other things again when the wife gets done with her Pogo games on the problem desktop.

    Run Hitman Pro (Home - SurfRight) or/and Trojan Remover (Download Trojan Remover)
