Windows won't boot after installing video drivers (new build)

So I have a new build and after installing windows updates, drivers and other software it would no longer boot it would get to the windows 7 loading screen but before it would get to the log in screen it would restart and recommend start up repair. after which it would boot successfully having reverted to an earlier state without drivers or updates installed. the first time i thought it was a fluke so i tried re installing the drivers and had the same problem so i re installed windows 7 and then it happened again so i thought it might be the HDD so i swapped it for another one and have had the same problem. after testing the RAM with memtest (both dimms individually, 2 passes, no errors) i started re installing all the drivers one at a time and then restarting after each one and three times the problem started after installing the video drivers. I've tried installing the drivers from the disk and from the internet and the problem is the same. im not sure what to try next. i have an MSI a88xm-e45 motherboard, AMD A-6 6400k cpu, AMD 8570 on board video. thanks in advance for any help

Why are you installing drivers on a driver-complete OS? Did you think it's XP? Do the install over deleting all partitions to get it cleanest, with the network adapter driver in your backup in case it isn't provided during install you can install it to get online.

Then enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3), check for Updates, install all Important and Optional Updates except Bing, with requested reboots, until no more are offered. This may take a day or two since more will be offered as you install your programs.

Make it into a Diagnostic Install by checking performance after each group of Updates, each Program Install, etc. so that you can narrow down exactly where the instal is going bad and System REstore to before that point. We can then help you sort exactly what's causing the problem which is probably a driver which you forced that has already been ruled out by Win7 as not compatible or otherwise desirable and therefore would not be pushed through by Windows Update.

Only then check in Device Manager to import any drivers still missing from the Device's Support Downloads webpage. Unless an element of the chipset is missing (e.g. SM Bus Controller) I would run with only the drivers Win7 wants until you check performance fully.

Let us know how this works out. These steps are the same as for Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
which has helped over a million users get and keep a perfect install without a single complaint.
