    how to show a portable device to removeable storage?


    i want to recover my photos and videos.. but my laptop shown portable media device i whenever i connected my mobile to laptop, how can i change into removeable device from portable media device ?

    Try this, click on mobile and download the software.

    This will enable you to import and export within the software.
