I have done a msconfig procedure, I haven't tried ccleaner though, I'll reply soonerWarningBack up before performing any of these steps

- run "MSCONFIG" From the run command "Windows key + R" scroll across to start up items, and disable anything you dont need to run when you turn on the computer.

Perform a Full Virus scan with Malware Bytes and Avast, and post results before you remove anything.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Download CCleaner and run a clean up.
When Cleaning up your registry be sure to back up
