    Extending Notepad History & stuff like that


    I have Notepad & Wordpad pinned to the taskbar. If u right-click you'll get a list of recent docs u have opened. I want to increase the list to show more e.g. 25 recently accessed notepads. It seems limited to 10 at present. Same goes for browsers if possible. Need more quick access to recently closed sites via taskbar icons.

Hello, So my ie8 got buggy with its history, to solve this I went to Tools->internet options-> delete history. This solved the bugs. Now prior to my deletion, I went to C:\->Users->{user name}->app data->local->Microsoft and copied the folder named History (60+ megs). I pasted it on...
:mad::confused::cry: If I had known how much hassle Win 7 was I would have stuck with XP! Well I suppose its a learning curve.... Latest major hassle, I have a text file on my E:\drive, this is a copy of my XP C:\ drive before I installed Win 7 on it. I have now been able to get to it...
I find some post that saying can replace our notepad with notepad++ so I do it but now it had a problem with notepad++ because when I open every *.txt it ask to create new file....like this picture
