Looking at your screenshot, I don't see the full list. Compressed (zipped) folder, Desktop (create shortcut), Fax recipient, and Mail Recipient are missing.

Send To Context Menu - Remove or Restore Default Items

From what is happening I gather that Win7's [SendTo] does NOT work like WinXP. That is, Win7 cannot use shortcuts in the [SendTo] folder.

    I'm I correct

If what I surmised is true, this is just another example of Microdunce breaking a good thing

Did you add any missing "Send to" items you wanted to the location in my previous post to restore them?

Yes, you could use shortcuts of items in "Send to" to send a file to.

NO. Well, my shortcuts don't work.

The only default one that I left as is is [Documents].

Usually it's best to only have folder or drive shortcuts in "Send To" instead of for a program.

OPPS: In my [SendTo] folder there was a shortcut for Notepad but it did NOT show in the Context Menu [Send to].

My problem is NOT the missing items you list.

MY PROBLEM IS NOT SHOWING THE SEND-TO ITEMS THAT ARE IN MY FOLDER

    Send To SendTo

This old trick I got from Leo LaPorte works for me from XP onward. I am on Windows 8.0 and it works fine here.

Go to your SendTo folder, then up one. Select the SendTo folder as shown by the arrow in the first shot, and copy it.

Now double click it to go back into the SendTo folder. Paste it. Rename it
    Send To SendTo

Now you can right click any shortcut and select Send To SendTo and it will properly be in the Send To folder

Edit: Note that this only works for shortcuts. If you right click on an exe and choose Send To SendTo it will not work.

You said this before. The missing items you list ARE NOT MY PROBLEM, please do not repeat as a reply to my actual problem.

Steps you stated did NOT work on my Win7 Pro. Refused to paste folder of the same name into the folder SendTo.
