    I had a trouble free puter till a few days ago. now this. have antimalwarebytes super antispyware, bitdefender, Installed. I have a macrium reflect IMAGE backup.

This is the problem I've been dealing with for quite a while. When I try to find a program that resets the password (I used the Password Reset Disk from another computer, didn't work.) I always get a message that I need the administrator password. So... Help?
