"Local Disk" folder in Music Library

If I go to the music library, then Sample Music, which has 3 sample files, it also has a folder named local disk.

Its empty, but right clicking and viewing properties shows it has 3 files and 4 folders, and is 400 bytes in size. It was created during the OSs install date, and is shared.

What is the purpose of this folder? I have hidden files to be showed enabled.

That folder does not belong there. It must have gootten in there with an erroneous manipulation.

What do you mean by that?

It said it was created a year ago, and at the date my os was installed. Was it an error? And what are the folders/files in it?
