dllhost.exe *32 showing up

dllhost.exe *32 is showing up after a few minutes of Windows loading. I already scanned the system for viruses and it came clean so is the real dllhost from Windows. The problem is that after some time the process shows up on task manager or Process Explorer. How can i determine what is making it to load?
