User's name

    User's name


    I bought my wife a new laptop and entered her name, surname, address, etc. when I first turned the machine on. However, when I go in with Windows Explorer it shows as follows:
    computer > local disk (C) > users > user (instead of her name).
    Can anyone please tell me where I screwed up and how I can fix it? I thank you in advance for all help.

    the part where you enter a username, it sounds like you left it as user. Create a new admin account and call it whatever, then just delete the old account.
