First, right click on the task bar, then choose 'start Task Manager'. Next, click on the 'Processes' tab.
Find kuwo or kwmusic in the list. Stop the process.
Now, boot into safe mode by following the instuctions above mine (by JBmorris) Click on Safe Mode in the list.

Navigate to C:\programdata\kuwo and delete that folder. Reboot normally and see if it's gone.

And what about the running processes and drivers or other remnants of that program that will have been left behind after following the "delete file in safe mode" advice?

Let's wait to see if there are any suggestions from other forum members. Give it a day or so and if there are no suggestions I'll try to help!

I did that but somehow, my computer didn't show that folder, it is not in the Program file or Program x86 files either, so i just right click on those files and delete them, all is well, thanks for the input....!
